We are dedicated to providing a warm, accepting environment that supports the development of the whole child.  We strive to stimulate each child toward their potential in the areas of spiritual, emotional, social, physical and intellectual development.  We encourage and promote learning in these areas with hands-on learning experiences.

 

Class Times:

We offer both morning and afternoon sessions for 3- and 4-year-old students.

Morning session: 9:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.                       Afternoon session: 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The 3-year-old classes meet two days a week: Tuesday and Thursday.

The 4-year-old classes meet three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

 

Class Size:

Class size will not exceed 20 students per class.  One teacher and one assistant are present for each class, according to state guidelines.

 

Eligibility:

Children who enter the 3-year-old program must be 3 years old by September 1.
Children who enter the 4-year-old program must be 4 years old by September 1.

 

Tuition:/Fees:

3-year-old program: $110 per month                4-year-old program: $135 per month
Tuition payments are due on the first of every month during the school year.

 

There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee for all programs.
For the 3-year-old program, there is a $36 snack fee. For the 4-year-old program, there is a $45 snack fee.
All fees are due at time of registration.

 

Licensing:

Good Shepherd Preschool is fully licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).  Our staff, program and facilities meet all of their requirements. The state license is displayed at the preschool.
